Go to IM Leagues (there is a link to it under the Forms tab).
1.
Log in with your Baylor email.
2.
Go to "clubs" (top left) and look for tennis.
3.
Join the team.
4.
You should have three forms to fill out (Sport Club Info Form, Sport Club Code of Conduct, and Baylor University Waiver).
5.
Check your email inbox to make sure your forms are accepted. If they are not filled out correctly, they will be rejected and you will need to fill them out again :(
